Red Line Lead Substitute is engineered to protect vintage and high-performance engines originally designed for leaded gasoline. By providing the lubrication necessary to prevent valve seat recession (VSR), this additive ensures the longevity of cylinder heads in engines that have not been retrofitted with hardened valve seats.
In addition to hardware protection, the formula provides active cleaning for the fuel system, removing stubborn deposits from carburetors and fuel injectors to maintain optimal spray patterns and throttle response. It is specifically intended for racing, marine, and off-road applications where leaded fuel protection is required.
