Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Some items might ship directly from the manufacturer and may have a slightly longer processing time.
  • If there are delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location:
    • Standard Shipping: [4-14 business days]
    • Express Shipping: [2-7 business days]

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Please contact the carrier for assistance.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at Hello@atlusauto.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to all countries outside the United States of America.
