Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Some items might ship directly from the manufacturer and may have a slightly longer processing time.
If there are delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location:
- Standard Shipping: [4-14 business days]
- Express Shipping: [2-7 business days]

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Please contact the carrier for assistance.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at Hello@atlusauto.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to all countries outside the United States of America.
