Seven ultra-bright LEDs span the top of the display housings for RPM and shift light indication. The new controller designs feature large, turn-resistant knobs and larger numbering to easily set accurate start and full activation points, with covered status LED and test buttons for added splash resistance. A plug is integrated into the controller housing for mating to the redesigned wiring harness's positive-lock connector. The Boost Dependent controller housing has a molded-in, barbed nipple to accept a boost hose and a wiring legend on the back. The Multi Input controller has an easy-to-remove plug covering the programming dipswitches and a programming legend on the back for the 0-5v and frequency based settings. Both controller housings feature an easy to access integrated fuse and molded mounting tabs.

They deliver the same high flow and reliable performance that AEM has become known for at very competitive price. Each pump is individually flow tested and guaranteed to flow 400+ LPH (106 GPH) at 40 PSI (13.5V), which on gasoline will support 1000+ horsepower!* The pumps also maintain their high flowrate even as system pressure increases flowing 330+ LPH at 70 PSI (13.5V) which will support approx. 870 HP* on gasoline! With their compact 39mm body (same size as Walbro 255), low amperage draw, 11mm inlets and 9mm barbed outlet's these fuel pumps were designed to replace the OEM fuel pump in many applications. The 50-1230 features a double barbed outlet that is ideal for 3/8-inch ID hose where the 50-1235 features a smooth barbed outlet that is compatible with 5/16-inch ID hose. AEM's 245LPH E85-compatible, direct-fit In-Tank High-Flow Fuel Pump for 2016-up Polaris RZR XP Turbo UTVs (PN 50-1225) plugs into the factory wiring harness and is a direct replacement for the OE RZR XP Turbo fuel pump (fits XP Turbo Models Only, will not fit non-turbo RZRs). CD-5 Carbon Digital Dash Displays feature a full-color, daylight readable screen surrounded by a tough, lightweight flow-molded carbon fiber composite housing. Seven ultra-bright LEDs span the top of the display housing for RPM and shift light indication. Users can program them to ascend in specific increments based on RPM range and flash when it is time to shift. Brightness is user programmable on the fixed color LEDs. Two large buttons are included on the face of the display, allowing easy page changing and memory resetting even with driving gloves on. These button functions are included in the supplied rear connector, allowing the user to mount remote buttons. Two additional programmable LEDs are located above the toggle buttons on the top of the housing on either side of the integrated LED shift lights.

AEM CD5 Carbon Flat Panel Digital Displays are perfect for flush mount installation or in-dash enclosures with tight tolerances. They include all of the robust features found in the original CD-5 Carbon car dashboard monitors, but do not have buttons or an LED shade hood built into the enclosure. We have validated it to communicate with over 250 non-AEM devices, 2008-up stock ECUs via the OBDII port and the CD-5 Carbon can be added to any vehicle with the addition of our 22 Channel CAN Sensor Module.
