It's time to make your cool off your hot-hatch with the Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit for the 2013-2018 Ford Focus ST. Ford released their 2.0T EcoBoost powered Focus boasting the perfect combination of performance and practicality, however the intercooling system left something to be desired. While the piping did feature sections of aluminum, the restrictive diameter, not to mention the turbo muffler put a damper on the Focus ST?s performance potential. We've replaced the hot-side pipe with mandrel-bent aluminum, both ditching the muffler and also opening up the diameter to allow a 26-percent better flow through the hot-side. All of the degradation-prone rubber has also been swapped for wire-reinforced silicone ensuring a long lasting connection on the hot-side, but also a soother flow through the cold-side pipe. Together the Focus ST Intercooler Pipe kit grants a 21-percent increase in flow to and from the intercooler. The piping isn?t the only part of this kit that increases flow, the bar-and-plate construction opens up air channels within the core allowing for the charged air to pass through more freely than the stock intercooler core. This upgraded all aluminum construction also aids in heat dissipation, warding off the dreaded heat-soak under demanding driving conditions, and delivering properly cooled air through the ST?s intake manifold. The Focus ST Performance Intercooler Kit will also add 8 HP and 10 TQ to your power band and has a maximum horsepower rating of 550HP. Mishimoto is proud to announce the release of our Compact Baffled Oil Catch Can, available in a two-port or three-port option. With years of oil catch can research and development time, Mishimoto has created the most effective compact oil catch can on the market. The Mishimoto Compact Baffled Oil Catch Can was designed to separate oil particles from the PCV/CCV air that would normally have just been routed back to your intake. The internal air diverter turbulates the air longer and ensures all the oil sinks to the bottom of the can, leaving nothing but clean air to pass through the 50 micron bronze filter to the intake. An internal baffle keeps the collected oil from splashing around under race conditions. This oil catch can features two ports, one inlet and one outlet, for easy installation on CCV and PCV systems. The 100-percent billet, 6061 aluminum can features 3/8in NPT threads at the inlet, outlet, and drain area and includes two black nylon fittings to make installation effortless. For maximum fitment options, the top mounting setup allows the can to be mounted from multiple angles. To make maintenance easy, the drain plug can be removed to allow for a return to the oil pan. The can is also 100-percent washable, unlike many other cans that require you to replace your filtration system.Our catch cans are different from most air-oil-separator (AOS) systems on a few levels. First, our catch cans are not heated. This means that all of the blow-by is able to condense in the can, including low-octane oil vapors and contaminated fuel vapors. Most AOS systems also drain the blow-by back into the oil pan, while our catch cans trap the blow-by and keep it out of the engine permanently. If you've seen what We've seen in the bottom of our catch cans, you won't want that draining back into your oil either.

The transmission is the backbone of your RAM. It's responsible for transmitting large amounts of torque from your 6.7L Cummins powerplant, and that torque generates heat. If that heat isn't dissipated, it can destroy your transmission. The transmission cooler does a good job of keeping trans fluid temperatures in check, but only if the fluid can reach it. The stock cooling system of both the 68-RFE and Aisin AS69RC utilize an in-line thermal bypass valve that controls the flow of fluid to the transmission cooler. The purpose of this valve is to prevent transmission fluid from flowing to the cooler until it reaches operating temperature. The thermostat inside this valve is prone to failure, however, and when that happens, the fluid never flows to the cooler and the transmission can overheat. That's why Mishimoto has developed an improved thermal bypass valve kit for your 2019+ Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins. Our CNC-machined aluminum thermal bypass valve not only looks better than the stock unit, but it performs better too. The Mishimoto thermal bypass valve utilizes a replaceable thermostat that is more durable than the stock thermostat and opens about 10 F earlier. This allows fluid to flow to the cooler sooner, without over-cooling. For owners in hot climates, the Mishimoto valve includes a bypass that allows full flow to the transmission cooler, regardless of temperature. The bypass can be easily swapped out with only a wrench for summer or winter driving. The Mishimoto thermal bypass valve flows better in both configurations than the stock valve for more effective cooling. Cooling fins machined into the valve body add even more heat dissipation. The classic Hemi from Dodge has always been a great engine. But even Dodge couldn't dodge the dangers of engine blow-by. Mishimoto has you covered with our direct-fit, baffled oil catch can kit for the 2009+ Dodge Ram 5.7L V8. This kit provides excellent protection for your engine, keeping the blow-by down to a minimum and lengthening your engine's need for valve servicing. During testing, we quickly discovered that our standard 2oz can was not enough. The amount of blow-by exceeded the can's capacity in under 1000 miles! We had to switch to a larger, 7.5 oz can, so the intervals between draining would last longer and you'd be able to effectively protect your Hemi. Our billet aluminum 7.5 oz can has internal baffling, air diverters, and a 50-micron bronze filter to keep oil out of your intake and carbon deposits off your valves. The bracket included in each kit is made of very strong and thick steel, so vibration will not be something to worry about. With it bolting directly to your radiator support, you'll have a clean OEM look. This kit installs in under 1 hour, is easily serviceable, and comes with our Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

The Mishimoto Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit is designed and engineered to work on your BRZ/86 to eliminate harmful blow by vapors from re-entering your engine. The FA20 in the BRZ/86 utilizes a slightly different type of direct injection system that also uses port fuel injectors to help reduce carbon buildup. Even though carbon buildup isn't as severe as most direct-injected engines, there is still enough that you will need this catch can kit to help your boxer engine run its best. Thousands of test miles were logged on a Subaru BRZ to determine what can setup would work the best. Mishimoto engineers found that most vehicles, placing the catch can in the vacuum assisted PCV system of the vehicle will yield the most amount of oil accumulation during normal and aggressive driving. Where a catch can placed on the crankcase vent system on the front of the engine will yield nearly no accumulation on stock or modified vehicles. Having only one catch can, tied into the PCV system on the back of the engine will, by far, work the best for the vast majority of BRZ/86 vehicles on the road. Mishimoto engineers found that a second catch can on the crankcase vent side will only be beneficial for vehicles with forced induction. The Mishimoto BRZ/86 catch can kit uses the Mishimoto 2-Port Compact Baffled Oil Catch Can with a bronze filter, and internal baffled to better separate the oil from the crankcase vapors. It also includes one direct fit mounting bracket that not only is extremely easy to install but also fits right hand drive as well! The BRZ/86 catch can kit comes with two direct fit hoses designed to fit right onto the 10mm PCV valve and into the 12mm port on the intake manifold. If you've ever caught a piece of steel braid under your thumbnail, you know how awful this can be. Luckily, Mishimoto has the right tool to make peeling the braid back easy, saving time and your fingertips.----This Mishimoto AN line braid spreader allows you to quickly and easily open the braid on AN line sizes from -3 to -8AN without risk of piercing the inner lining, or your fingers. This tool can also be used to reshape the PTFE inner liner if it's out of round from cutting, as well as push the ferule or olive onto the inner liner, making hose assembly fast and easy.----The Mishimoto AN line braid spreader features a lightweight anodized aluminum body to prevent fatigue while assembling multiple lines. The transmission is the backbone of your 2013- 2018 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins. It's responsible for transmitting up to 930 lb-ft of torque from the engine to the wheels. That much power generates a lot of heat and if that heat isn?t dissipated it can destroy your transmission. The transmission cooler does a good job of keeping transmission fluid temperatures in check, but only if the fluid can reach it. The stock cooling system of both the 68-RFE and Aisin AS69RC utilize an in-line thermal bypass valve that controls the flow of fluid to the transmission cooler. The purpose of this valve is to prevent transmission fluid from flowing to the cooler until it reaches operating temperature. The thermostat inside this valve is prone to failure, however, and when that happens, the fluid never flows to the cooler and the transmission can overheat. That?s why Mishimoto has developed an improved thermal bypass valve kit for your 2013?2018 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins.
