This heavy-duty 12-volt switch is designed to provide reliable, automatic compressor activation, turning the pump on when tank pressure drops to 110 PSI and off once it reaches 145 PSI (within a standard 5% variance). The sealed design features insulated wire leads to protect the electrical contacts from moisture and debris, making it ideal for frame-mounted air tanks.

- Thread Size: 1/4-inch NPT (Male)
- Operation: 110 PSI On / 145 PSI Off
- Voltage: 12V DC
- Maximum Load: 20 Amps
- Compatibility: Optimized for Kleinn 6275RC, 6350RC, and 6450RC compressors
For proper installation, this switch is designed to signal a required 30-amp SPDT relay (such as Kleinn Model 340) to handle the compressor's current draw. To protect your equipment from potential switch failure or compressor burnout, it is highly recommended to install a 175 PSI safety relief valve (Kleinn SKU 52175) directly into your air tank alongside this switch.
