The K&N RX-4130-1 X-Stream Universal Clamp-On Air Filter is designed for high-performance applications where airflow and filtration area are paramount. Unlike standard filters with solid tops, the X-Stream series features a pleated filter media integrated into the lid, significantly increasing the total surface area to provide higher air flow and extended service intervals.
Built for demanding environments, this filter uses K&N's signature washable cotton gauze media to provide exceptional protection without sacrificing power. The base is constructed with ultra-strong, molded pliable rubber flanges that absorb engine vibration for a secure mount. These flanges are engineered with enough flexibility to stretch up to 1/16-inch (1.5mm) to accommodate slightly varied intake tube diameters.
