The K&N X-Stream Universal Air Filter (RX-4140) is engineered for high-demand racing and performance applications where maximum airflow and filtration surface area are critical. Featuring the innovative X-Stream filter top, this unit incorporates additional filter media into the top of the canister, providing a larger surface area for increased airflow and extended service intervals compared to traditional solid-top filters.
Built for durability in harsh environments, this round clamp-on filter uses ultra-strong, molded pliable rubber flanges that absorb engine vibration for a secure attachment. The flange is designed with enough flexibility to stretch up to 1/16 inch (1.5mm), allowing it to fit between standard intake tube sizes. This reusable filter is fully washable, maintaining high filtration efficiency across its lifespan.
