The aFe POWER Dynamic Air Scoop (D.A.S.) is a high-efficiency bolt-on component designed to decrease intake air temperatures while increasing airflow velocity. This scoop captures cool air from behind the front grille and directs it into the intake tract, preventing the engine from drawing in stagnant, heated air from the engine bay.
Constructed from high-quality, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), this air scoop is rotomolded for maximum durability and heat-soak resistance. The CAD-designed geometry ensures a precision fit and optimizes airflow pathing, while the material's thermal properties maintain cooler intake charges for better performance.
