The Takeda Momentum Dynamic Air Scoop (D.A.S.) is a performance-focused upgrade designed to increase airflow and intake velocity. By capturing cool air directly from the front of the vehicle, it directs a high volume of ambient air into the auxiliary opening of the Momentum intake housing. This scoop works in conjunction with factory ducts under the battery to channel additional air over the battery and into the intake system, ensuring a consistent supply of dense, cool air.
Precision-engineered for a seamless fit, the D.A.S. is CAD-designed and manufactured from high-quality cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). This material is specifically chosen for its durability, impact resistance, and ability to resist heat soak in high-temperature engine bays. The snap-in design allows for a hassle-free installation without the need for cutting or drilling factory components.
