The Airaid Modular Intake Tube (MIT) is engineered to optimize engine performance by replacing the restrictive factory intake accordion tube with a smooth-bore, high-density polyethylene path. By reducing turbulence and streamlining the air channel to the throttle body, this MIT can improve airflow by up to 400 CFM over stock components, resulting in improved throttle response and increased horsepower and torque.
Constructed from cross-linked, high-density polyethylene for maximum durability and heat resistance, the MIT integrates seamlessly with either the factory air box or an Airaid Cold Air Dam QuickFit system. The bolt-on design allows for a straightforward installation using basic hand tools, providing a professional-grade upgrade for your Mustang's induction system.
