The aFe Power Momentum GT intake system is engineered to maximize airflow and filtration for the 6.2L V8 Camaro SS, outperforming the factory intake by 19%. This system features a unique one-piece sealed housing made from heat-resistant black cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). A large, clear sight window allows for quick filter inspections without disassembling the air box, while an included urethane plug lets you seal the auxiliary air inlet for a fully closed system.
The dyno-tuned intake tube is roto-molded to eliminate restrictive bends and includes an integrated resonance chamber to minimize unwanted intake noise. At the heart of the system is the Pro DRY S filter, utilizing three layers of progressively finer synthetic media for maximum convenience without the need for filter oil. The filter-to-housing interface simplifies installation and servicing, ensuring a secure fit every time.
