The K&N 57 Series FIPK (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) replaces your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and intake housing to provide a more direct path for airflow. This system features a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) intake tube, designed to increase the volume of air delivered to the engine for a measurable boost in performance and improved throttle response. The kit is paired with a custom heat shield to help protect the intake air from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring a cooler, denser intake charge.
- Washable Filter: Includes an oversized, conical High-Flow Air Filter made from oiled cotton media for superior filtration and airflow.
- Long Service Life: Designed to go up to 100,000 miles between filter cleanings under normal highway driving conditions.
- HDPE Construction: The rotationally-molded tube is built for durability and heat resistance compared to standard plastic housings.
- Easy Installation: Engineered to bolt onto factory mounting points; the entire system can typically be installed in 90 minutes or less.
