Fits 2011-2014 Ford F-150 models (FX2, FX4, King Ranch, Lariat, Platinum, STX, XL, XLT) equipped with the 5.0L V8 engine.
The K&N 77-2581KP high-flow performance intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing to improve airflow and throttle response. This system features a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube engineered to reduce air turbulence and restriction. It comes paired with an oversized, conical K&N High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton media that is washable and reusable, providing up to 100,000 miles of service between cleanings under normal highway driving conditions.
To ensure cooler intake charges, the kit includes a custom heat shield designed to isolate the filter from high engine bay temperatures. The entire system is designed for a straightforward installation, typically completed in 90 minutes or less using factory mounting points.
