Maximize the efficiency of your L5P Duramax with the Wehrli Custom Fabrication (WCFab) Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit. This comprehensive package replaces the restrictive factory intake and charge air plumbing with high-flow components designed to eliminate boost leaks and optimize aerodynamic flow. The kit upgrades the intake to a 4-inch diameter system and replaces the stock 2-piece intercooler pipes with heavy-duty aluminum versions. The driver-side (hot side) pipe is increased to 3 inches, while the passenger-side (cold side) pipe is enlarged to 3.5 inches to provide a significant volume increase over the OEM components.

Constructed in the USA from 14-gauge mandrel-bent aluminum, this kit replaces the failure-prone plastic and rubber factory sections. It features a CNC machined flange with double O-rings for a reliable seal at the intercooler and replaces the problematic OEM clip ring at the Y-bridge with a heavy-duty silicone boot and stainless steel T-bolt clamps. This bolt-on system requires no ECM tuning and retains all factory sensor connections.
