The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate kit (MPN 88391) provides up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity to eliminate rear-end sag, trailer sway, and bottoming out. This series features an exclusive internal jounce bumper made of closed-cell urethane foam, allowing the air springs to be safely run with zero air pressure. This internal cushion absorbs road shock and protects the vehicle when carrying heavy loads, even if the air pressure is low.
