The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is engineered to eliminate rear-end sag, bottoming out, and headlight aim issues when towing or hauling heavy loads. This system provides up to 5,000 lbs. of load-leveling capacity, working alongside your factory leaf springs to improve stability and ride quality. The "Ultimate" series distinguishes itself with an exclusive internal jounce bumper made of closed-cell urethane foam. This allows the air springs to be maintenance-free, enabling you to safely run at zero air pressure if needed while providing a cushion that absorbs road shock and prevents harsh jarring.

Built for durability, the air springs feature 2-ply fabric reinforcement and include upper and lower roll plates to protect the bellows from sharp edges. This kit is compatible with most in-bed hitches, including Reese 5th wheel hitches (excluding Reese Signature Series and custom rail kit installations).
