The Firestone 5 Gallon Steel Air Tank (9242) provides a high-volume reservoir for air spring systems, enabling faster inflation and consistent performance for air helper springs. Built for long-term durability, this tank features a baked-on black enamel coating on both the interior and exterior surfaces to prevent internal rust and external corrosion.
Engineered to meet rigorous standards, this tank is manufactured to SAE J10 specifications and is pressure tested to twice its maximum working pressure to ensure safety and structural integrity. With 10 total NPT ports, it offers versatile plumbing configurations for compressors, pressure switches, and air lines.
