Designed for extreme off-road conditions, the ARB 813402 gusseted awning bracket provides the additional structural integrity needed when mounting awnings to roof bars on high-clearance vehicles. Unlike standard brackets, this heavy-duty version features welded gussets to resist the leverage and vibrations encountered on corrugated tracks and technical trails.
- Robust Construction: Manufactured from 50mm wide steel with a dual-stage zinc-plated and powder-coated finish for superior corrosion resistance in harsh environments.
- Universal Mounting: Designed to mount in either an upright or inverted position. In the inverted position, the 50mm width allows it to fit over Thule SquareBar and Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty bars.
- Compatibility: Can be mounted upright using T-bolts or channel nuts on Thule ProfessionalBar, WingBar, and AeroBar, as well as Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty systems.
- Technical Specifications: Pre-drilled for 8mm mounting bolts (2-3 recommended) and includes three slotted 6mm holes for awning attachment.
Note: Hardware is not included due to varying roof bar designs; ARB recommends using T-bolts and channel nuts supplied by your specific roof bar manufacturer. For maximum strength, the outer bolt hole between the gussets must always be utilized.
