The AWE SwitchPath Axle-Back Exhaust provides a sophisticated, dual-personality exhaust note for the BMW F97 X3 M and F98 X4 M. Engineered with AWE’s patented 180 Technology®, this system uses internal drone-canceling resonators to eliminate cabin frequencies while maintaining a clean, aggressive tone under acceleration. The SwitchPath muffler integrates directly with the factory valve actuators, allowing you to retain all original drive-mode functionality without needing additional wiring or extension harnesses.

Built for maximum durability and flow, the system is handcrafted from 3-inch U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel with a straight-through design. It features quad 114.3mm (4.5-inch) double-walled, slash-cut tips in a Diamond Black finish. The modular design ensures compatibility with both the factory mid-pipes and AWE’s Performance Mid-Pipes, provided the OEM break point is maintained.
