The Dinan Freeflow Axleback Exhaust System (D660-0099-BLK) provides a sophisticated acoustic upgrade for the G01/G02 M40i platform. Engineered to eliminate the restrictive factory central collector and resonator, this system utilizes a straight-through, high-flow design that transitions to an 83mm single pipe. The included Helmholtz-equipped muffler is precision-tuned to cancel out drone-inducing frequencies while producing Dinan’s signature low-frequency rumble under load.

Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, this system retains full factory exhaust valve functionality. This allows the driver to maintain refined volume levels during low-RPM cruising while unlocking an aggressive, straight-pipe sound profile at higher engine speeds. The bolt-on design requires no cutting or welding and provides a significant weight reduction over the OE components.
