This ACL High Performance rod bearing set is engineered for demanding K-Series builds that require enhanced lubrication reliability. These bearings are manufactured in a standard bore size but feature extra oil clearance (HX) to maintain a thicker oil film, protecting the crank journals under high-load or high-RPM racing conditions.
The CT-1 dry film lubricant coating provides an essential secondary layer of protection. This specialty coating reduces friction and helps prevent galling during critical cold starts or momentary oil pressure fluctuations. Built to exacting tolerances, these bearings provide the durability required for performance-oriented K20A2 and K24A engine rebuilds.
