Fits select 1993-2006 Mitsubishi and Eagle models including Eclipse, Galant, and Lancer Evolution (4G63/4G64 7-Bolt). This ACL Race Series main bearing set is designed for high-performance applications where increased oil clearance is required for optimal crankshaft lubrication under heavy load.
Engineered to handle the rigors of high-RPM operation, these bearings feature a tri-metal construction for superior fatigue strength and load-carrying capacity. The "HX" designation indicates an extra .001 inch (.025mm) of oil clearance compared to standard bearings, providing the additional flow necessary for modified forced-induction engines. This set is specifically for 7-bolt crankshaft configurations found in 2nd Gen DSMs and later Evolution models.
