The Wilwood Aero6-DM Front Brake Kit is specifically engineered for the high-performance demands of the second-generation Ford Raptor. This Direct Mount (DM) system replaces the factory front calipers with high-strength, six-piston Aero6 calipers that bolt directly to the original equipment spindles without the need for additional brackets. This design increases clamping force and provides a firm, responsive pedal feel for both street and off-road use.
The kit features oversized drilled and slotted rotors designed to maximize thermal stability and gas venting. These rotors help reduce brake fade during heavy towing or aggressive off-road navigation, while the specialized pad compound ensures consistent bite across a wide temperature range.
