The Wilwood Aero6-DM Front Brake Kit is specifically engineered for the high-demand requirements of the second-generation Ford Raptor. This kit features the Aerolite 6R direct-mount (DM) six-piston calipers, which bolt directly to the factory steering knuckle mounting points without the need for adapter brackets. This direct-mount configuration increases overall system rigidity and provides a firm, consistent pedal feel during aggressive driving or heavy towing.
Equipped with high-capacity drilled and slotted rotors, this system improves thermal stability by effectively venting gas and heat away from the friction surface. The calipers are finished in a durable red powder coat, providing both corrosion resistance and a performance aesthetic behind the wheels.
