The Ford Racing A/C Eliminator Kit (M-8511-A50) is engineered for Fox Body owners looking to shed parasitic drag and front-end weight for dedicated racing applications. This kit allows you to remove the bulky air conditioning compressor while maintaining your power steering system by relocating the pump to the A/C compressor's original mounting position.
By removing the heavy compressor and its associated hardware, you improve front-to-rear weight transfer, helping to lower ETs and simplify the engine bay. The kit features a robust two-piece bracket design for a secure installation that aligns with factory accessory spacing. This installation requires a new, shorter serpentine belt (sold separately) to accommodate the revised accessory drive path.
