The GFB 5702 Whistling Trumpet is a direct replacement for the standard trumpet on all GFB valves, designed to generate a distinct, high-pitched whistling sound during atmospheric venting. Compared to the 5701 model, the 5702 activates more readily and at lower boost or RPM thresholds, providing a more consistent sound profile.
- Manufacturer Part Number: 5702
- Compatibility: Replaces standard trumpets on all GFB valves
- Acoustics: High-pitched whistling sound
- Optimized Airflow: Engineered for high-velocity venting
To achieve the signature whistle, the valve must be configured so that the majority of air vents through the trumpet. Please note that GFB Respons valves may not generate sufficient air velocity to trigger the whistle when set to a 50/50 venting bias; full or high-percentage atmospheric venting is recommended for best performance.
