Fits 2007-2009 Mazda Mazdaspeed 3 and CX-7 models. The HKS Super SQV4 (Super Sequential Blow Off Valve) kit is engineered to prevent compressor surge and maintain consistent boost response. Unlike standard push-type valves that can leak under high boost, the HKS pull-type relief design uses a differential pressure control system that remains tightly sealed during boost, only opening when triggered by pressure differentials.
The SSQV4 features a dual-stage sequential valve system and a nickel-plated, die-cast aluminum primary valve for long-term durability. This kit includes the signature HKS triple-fin design, producing the iconic high-frequency discharge sound during gear shifts and deceleration. This is a vehicle-specific application designed for a direct-fit installation on the 2.3L MZR DISI Turbo engine.
