The HKS Super Sequential Blow-Off Valve (SSQV) IV utilizes a unique pull-type relief structure and a differential pressure control system to ensure consistent operation without leaking under high boost. Unlike typical push-type valves that can be forced open by pressure, the SSQV IV design ensures the valve stays shut during heavy load, only opening to vent pressure and prevent compressor surge when the throttle is closed. This protects the turbocharger and maintains throttle response during aggressive driving.
- Dual-stage pull-type valve prevents leakage and ensures quick response across the RPM range
- High-quality die-cast aluminum body with a silver-coated finish for durability and heat resistance
- Signature triple-fin design creates the iconic HKS high-frequency discharge sound
