The Turbosmart Kompact EM (Electro-Mechanical) Series VR13 Dual Port is a genuine plug-and-play upgrade for the factory electronic diverter valve. Designed to eliminate the boost leaks and performance limitations common with plastic OE valves, this unit integrates a proprietary high-temperature solenoid valve for seamless communication with the factory ECU. No adapters or external hoses are required—simply unplug the factory harness, unbolt the original valve, and install the VR13 in its place.
Built with a billet aluminum body and high-temperature O-rings, this valve utilizes Turbosmart's patented Boost-Balance technology. This ensures the valve stays closed when it should, maintaining consistent boost pressure even under high-load conditions while providing the signature blow-off sound from the Dual Port vent-to-atmosphere design.
