The Turbosmart Kompact EM VR17 Dual Port Blow-Off Valve (BOV) provides a high-performance solution for the G16E-GTS engine, replacing the factory plastic electronic valve with a precision-machined billet aluminum unit. This world-first plug-and-play electronic BOV technology integrates seamlessly with the factory engine management, utilizing a high-speed internal solenoid to provide faster response times and eliminate the boost leaks common with OE valves under high-pressure loads.
The Dual Port design offers a 50/50 split between atmospheric venting for the signature blow-off sound and recirculating air back into the intake to maintain stable engine management readings. This ensures your GR Yaris stays responsive during rapid gear changes without triggering limp mode or check engine lights.
