The Turbosmart Kompact EM Plumb Back is a high-performance, plug-and-play replacement for the factory electronic diverter valve found on BMW N20 and N26 engines. Unlike standard valves that use plastic components and fragile diaphragms, the Kompact EM series is precision-machined from billet aluminum to eliminate boost leaks and withstand higher pressure in tuned applications.
The Electro-Mechanical (EM) design allows for seamless integration with the factory ECU, retaining full electronic control without the need for additional vacuum hoses or boost taps. As a "Plumb Back" model, this unit recirculates all vented air back into the intake system, ensuring quiet operation and factory-level driveability while significantly improving reliability and boost response.
