The Synergy Manufacturing Front Track Bar & Sector Shaft Brace is engineered to eliminate the common steering and suspension issues found in JK-platform Jeeps, especially those equipped with oversized tires. This heavy-duty kit reinforces the factory frame-side track bar bracket—a frequent failure point under high stress—while simultaneously providing a secondary support bearing for the steering box sector shaft. By tying the two together, this brace prevents the frame flex and sector shaft deflection that often leads to "death wobble" or steering gear failure.
- Distributes track bar loads across the frame to prevent bracket fatigue and cracking
- Includes a secondary bearing to support the steering gear sector shaft against lateral loads
- Laser-cut and CNC-bent from high-strength steel for precise fitment and durability
