R1 Concepts stainless steel brake lines eliminate the spongy pedal feel often associated with factory rubber hoses. Under high hydraulic pressure, standard rubber lines can expand, leading to inconsistent braking and a soft pedal. These performance lines utilize a high-strength stainless steel braided weave over a PTFE inner core to prevent hose expansion, ensuring maximum hydraulic pressure reaches the calipers for a firm, responsive pedal and improved modulation during aggressive driving.
The HSK-31014 kit is precision-engineered for a direct-fit installation, utilizing factory mounting points and brackets. Each line is finished with an abrasion-resistant clear PVC coating to protect the stainless steel braid from dirt, debris, and corrosion, ensuring a long service life. These lines are United States DOT approved, meeting strict safety and quality standards for street use.
