R1 Concepts Rear Stainless Steel Brake Lines provide a direct-fit upgrade over factory rubber hoses, specifically engineered to eliminate the soft, spongy pedal feel caused by hose expansion under high hydraulic pressure. By replacing the flexible OE lines with a high-strength braided stainless steel design, these lines ensure more consistent brake modulation and immediate response during spirited driving, track use, or daily commutes.
Each hose is constructed with a PTFE inner core that is chemically resistant and handles high temperatures without degradation. This core is wrapped in a stainless steel braided weave for maximum pressure resistance and finished with a clear PVC outer coating to prevent abrasion against suspension components and shield the braid from dirt, debris, and corrosion.
