R1 Concepts Stainless Steel Brake Lines (HSK-80083) are engineered to eliminate the soft, spongy brake pedal feel caused by factory rubber hose expansion. By replacing the rear OE lines with a high-strength stainless steel braided weave, these hoses maintain consistent hydraulic pressure and provide a firmer, more responsive pedal. This improved hydraulic efficiency is critical for better brake modulation during spirited street performance or aggressive track use.
The PTFE inner core provides superior pressure resistance and thermal stability, while the clear, abrasion-resistant PVC outer coating protects the stainless steel braid from dirt, debris, and chaffing. Each brake line is precision-engineered to meet United States DOT safety standards for street use, ensuring a secure and reliable direct-fit installation.
