The DBA 5000 Series T3 is a high-performance two-piece brake rotor designed for track-day enthusiasts and heavy-duty street applications. By combining the proprietary T3 tri-symmetrical slot design with a lightweight, 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum hat, these rotors significantly reduce unsprung weight and improve heat dissipation compared to one-piece alternatives. The two-piece design allows the iron rotor ring to expand independently of the hat, reducing stress and preventing warping under extreme thermal loads.
