EBC Brakes Racing SG series rotors are a premium two-piece floating conversion engineered for high-performance street and track applications. These rotors feature a high-carbon G3000 alloy friction ring paired with a lightweight 6082-T6 aluminum center hub (hat). By utilizing a floating drive system with stainless steel bobbins, the rotor allows for unrestricted thermal expansion during heavy braking, significantly reducing the risk of rotor warping and "coning."
These UK-made assemblies serve as a direct replacement for the factory front rotors, providing superior heat dissipation and a reduction in unsprung weight for improved handling and suspension response. The hard-anodized finish on the aluminum hubs provides excellent corrosion resistance even in demanding environments.
