This DFC Hi-Carbon Alloy brake rotor is engineered to provide superior thermal stability and strength for high-performance applications. Cast from premium G3000/G11H18 iron, this rotor features a cross-drilled design that effectively vents heat and gases to maintain consistent friction under heavy braking. The entire surface is treated with a Geomet coating for long-lasting corrosion protection, ensuring the rotor maintains its structural integrity and appearance.
- Material: Premium G3000/G11H18 High-Carbon iron castings for maximum durability.
- Cooling: Original Equipment (OE) vane configuration for optimal heat dissipation.
- Precision: 100% mill-balanced to eliminate vibration and ensure smooth stopping at all speeds.
- Finish: 16 RMS fine-turned finish for accelerated pad bed-in and improved initial bite.
- Corrosion Resistance: Geomet coated to protect against rust and environmental wear.
- Tolerance: Disc Thickness Variation (DTV) maximum 0.010mm; Lateral Runout maximum 0.050mm.
