The DFC Hi-Carbon Alloy Geomet Coated Drilled Rotor is engineered to meet the thermal and structural demands of performance driving. Manufactured from premium G3000/G11H18 iron castings, these rotors provide superior strength and stability compared to standard replacements. The high-carbon alloy content increases thermal conductivity, helping the rotor manage high temperatures to prevent warping and fade during aggressive braking.
- Drilled Design: Cross-drilled holes allow heat, gas, and brake dust to escape for consistent pad-to-rotor contact.
- Geomet® Coating: Provides high-performance corrosion protection on all non-friction surfaces to prevent rust and maintain a clean appearance.
- OE Vane Configuration: Matches the original equipment internal vane design to ensure maximum airflow and heat dissipation.
- Precision Balancing: 100% mill-balanced to eliminate vibration and ensure smooth, quiet stopping at any speed.
