EBC Brakes GD Sport Series rear rotors are precision-engineered replacements for the BMW 1-Series chassis, cast from high-quality OE-specification grey iron. Produced largely in EBC’s own UK-based foundry, these rotors undergo rigorous quality control to ensure they meet or exceed factory performance standards. Each rotor is subjected to detailed element analysis and tested for grain structure, tensile strength, hardness, and optimum ductility. To ensure a smooth, vibration-free installation, every individual rotor is 100% inspected for runout on specialized in-house equipment.
