The EBC Brakes S5 series is a high-efficiency sport upgrade kit designed for light trucks, SUVs, and spirited street driving. This kit combines EBC Yellowstuff high-friction pads with GD series wide-aperture slotted and dimpled rotors to provide a significant improvement in stopping power over the factory setup. The direct-fit design ensures easy installation without modifying stock components.

The included Yellowstuff pads are formulated with a high-friction compound that provides excellent pedal feel and thermal stability for heavy-duty use or performance driving. To complement these, the GD rotors are cast from premium G3000 iron and feature wide-aperture slots that effectively dispel gases, dust, and carbon deposits. Blind-drilled dimples help keep the rotor cool while preventing the stress-cracking common in fully cross-drilled alternatives. Each rotor is finished with a thermic black Geomet coating for maximum corrosion resistance and durability.
