Each shoe is constructed from 100% new carbon steel, dipped in a high-temperature anti-rust black paint to prevent corrosion and ensure long-term durability. To ensure a perfect shoe-to-drum contact patch and minimize noise, these shoes are precision arc ground. The semi-metallic friction material is either bonded or riveted according to the original equipment design, providing reliable heat dissipation and stable braking under various operating conditions.
