R1 Concepts Stainless Steel Brake Lines replace factory rubber hoses to eliminate the expansion and sponginess associated with high-pressure braking. These lines are engineered to maintain consistent hydraulic pressure, providing a firmer, more responsive pedal feel whether you are on the street or the track. By reducing line flex, these hoses improve brake modulation and overall stopping confidence.
Construction features a high-grade PTFE inner core that resists chemical breakdown and heat. This core is wrapped in a high-strength stainless steel braided weave that prevents the hose from expanding under load. A clear, abrasion-resistant PVC outer coating protects the stainless steel from dirt, debris, and corrosion, ensuring a long service life in harsh environments. Each kit is precision-engineered for a direct-fit installation and is DOT approved for street use.
