R1 Concepts stainless steel brake lines replace factory rubber hoses to eliminate expansion under high hydraulic pressure. This upgrade delivers a firmer, more responsive brake pedal and consistent modulation during heavy braking, towing, or spirited street driving. By reducing line flex, these hoses ensure that hydraulic force is transmitted directly to the calipers rather than being lost to hose wall deformation.
These lines are constructed with a PTFE inner core for superior chemical and pressure resistance, wrapped in a high-strength stainless steel braid. An abrasion-resistant clear PVC outer coating protects the assembly from road debris, dirt, and corrosion. Every kit is DOT approved to meet strict safety standards for street use, providing a direct-fit installation using precision-engineered fittings and factory-style mounting points.
