The kit features the ACT Xtreme pressure plate, which utilizes an exclusive diaphragm design to significantly increase clamp load while reducing deflection. Every diaphragm undergoes a specialized four-stage heat-treating process to ensure consistent pedal feel and maximum service life. Precision-stamped covers provide the necessary rigidity for high-performance applications.
The Performance Street Disc included in this kit is constructed from premium organic materials with a high copper content for superior heat transfer. The steel-backed lining increases burst strength, while a reduced marcel design enables faster shift action. The sprung-hub center helps dampen drivetrain vibrations for quieter operation.
