The ACT XACT Prolite Flywheel (600475) is engineered to significantly improve engine response and acceleration by reducing rotational mass. Unlike multi-piece designs, this Prolite version features a one-piece forged construction. This single-piece architecture provides uniform heat transfer from the clutch disc and eliminates the risk of warped inserts or loose ring gears, ensuring high RPM reliability in demanding race environments.
- Material and Construction: Forged from heat-treated chromoly steel for maximum strength and toughness; CNC machined for precise tolerances.
- Durability: Features induction-hardened ring gears for extended service life and wear resistance.
