The solid design facilitates uniform heat transfer from the clutch disc, maintaining consistent performance under high thermal loads.

Each flywheel is CNC machined from high-strength steel forgings, heat-treated for maximum toughness, and finished with induction-hardened ring gears for long-term reliability. To ensure smooth operation at high RPMs, every XACT flywheel is dynamically computer balanced before leaving the factory.
