The AEM 50-1225 In-Tank High-Flow Fuel Pump is a direct-fit replacement for the restrictive factory unit in RZR XP Turbo UTVs. This pump is engineered to handle the demands of forced induction and high-performance fuels, featuring full compatibility with gasoline, ethanol up to E100, and methanol up to M100. It plugs directly into the factory wiring harness and fits the original fuel hanger, making it a true drop-in upgrade for enthusiasts looking to increase boost levels or convert to E85.
By delivering a 44% increase in fuel pressure capability (115 PSI vs. 80 PSI stock) and 100% more flow at the 58 PSI base pressure (202LPH vs. 100LPH stock), this pump ensures your engine stays fueled under high load. It supports up to 482 HP at 22 PSI of boost on gasoline and 313 HP on E85, providing the necessary overhead for modified turbochargers and aggressive tuning.
