The AEM No-Weld O2 Sensor Mount (Part #30-2355-250) provides a professional-grade solution for installing a wideband UEGO air/fuel ratio sensor without the need for welding equipment. Specifically designed for exhaust tubing ranging from 2.25 to 2.5 inches in diameter, this mount uses an integrated bung and a heavy-duty clamping system to provide a secure, leak-free installation using only a drill and basic hand tools.
Fabricated from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the mount is built to withstand high exhaust temperatures and harsh under-vehicle conditions. The kit includes an adhesive-backed gasket and specialized clamp nuts to ensure an airtight seal against the exhaust pipe, maintaining the integrity of sensor readings.
- Eliminates the need for TIG or MIG welding an O2 bung into the exhaust.
