The Aeromotive A1000 Carbureted Bypass Regulator (P/N 13204) is engineered to manage high-volume fuel delivery when running an EFI-style fuel pump, such as the A1000, in a carbureted application. This bypass design provides a dynamic fuel delivery system, making it an essential component for naturally aspirated or blow-through supercharged engines. It is also an ideal solution for converting from fuel injection to carburetion while utilizing the stock, high-pressure in-tank pump.
This regulator features a 1:1 boost reference ratio, where fuel pressure rises at a linear rate relative to manifold pressure. Base fuel pressure is adjustable from 3 to 15 PSI. For proper low-pressure control, this unit requires the installation of an AN-08 return line from the bottom of the regulator back to the top of the fuel tank. The housing is CNC-machined for durability and precision tolerances.
